BroadVision and InTouch Join Forces to Deliver a "Platform of Engagement" for the Enterprise

Redwood City, CA and Amsterdam, Netherlands – June 28th, 2011 – BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), the leader in cloud-based social business solutions, today announced a key partnership agreement with cloud solutions provider InTouch N.V., positioning InTouch as a Clearvale PaasPort reseller. Among its suite of offerings, InTouch provides its clients with cloud-based solutions to enable separate organisations to connect and collaborate within a legal, secure and technical framework. Participating parties can also collaborate together in a European Economic Interest Grouping, (EEIG) facilitated by InTouch.

Clearvale PaasPort enables InTouch to resell their own "platform of engagement" with full social networking functionality, based on Clearvale Enterprise, BroadVision’s enterprise social network.

Clearvale allows for the creation and management of multiple networks designed for collaboration and communication both within an organisation as well as across their whole enterprise ecosystem. Utilizing BroadVision’s Clearvale PaasPort, InTouch are able to host their own ‘social business cloud’ allowing them to offer fully customizable Clearvale™ solutions to their own business customers.
