Dr. Pehong Chen, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Dr. Pehong Chen is Chairman, President and CEO of BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), which he founded in May 1993. Headquartered in Redwood City, California, with offices and operations in more than 20 other cities around the world, BroadVision is an innovative provider of online commerce and business social networking solutions. Shin-Yuan Tzou, Chief Financial Officer

Shin-Yuan Tzou joined the company in 1995, won BroadVision's "Most Valuable Player" award in 1997 and has contributed to the design and development of every version of BroadVision's self-service suite.

Charlie Hsu, Senior Vice President, Products and Solutions Management

Charlie Hsu rejoined BroadVision in 2007. Before that he was the executive responsible for product engineering at ITM-Software, an IT business management start-up, and Apptera, a voice and mobile advertising technology start-up from 2005 to 2007.

Andrea Rubei, Vice President and General Manager, Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa

Andrea Rubei has over 15 years of software and technology industry experience and has spent the past nine years working with BroadVision. As the VP and General Manager of Europe Middle East and Africa in 2006/08 Rubei managed a substantial turnaround of the region.

David Boyer, Senior Vice President, Engineering and Technical Support

David Boyer has over 18 years of experience in the high-tech sector. He joined BroadVision in 2000, and has grown to his current role of SVP Engineering and Technical Support. Prior to joining BroadVision, Boyer was a Director of Research and Development at Informix, managing a worldwide team of database server product development engineers for the Informix Dynamic Server and Universal Server products.

Dr. James Wu, Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Wu has over 16 years of experience in the software industry. He is a founding member of BroadVision OnDemand and serves as Chief Technology Officer, in charge of research and development of SaaS platform and on-shore/off-shore development methodology.

Ling Wu, Vice President & General Manager, Asia Pacific & Japan

Mr. Wu has over 17 years of experience in software and high-tech industries. As VP & General Manager of APJ, Mr. Wu oversees the operations of APJ region, including strategies, sales, marketing, business development and innovation solution localization.
