To facilitate this, BroadVision developed ESN Connect, an external Clearvale network designed to provide all information about ESN as a solution that allows organizations to improve their business processes, by enabling new collaborative, interactive and social workflows. Also, ESN Connect provides general knowledge about the ESN industry as well as direct communication with BroadVision employees for all questions, comments, or opinions.
Within this external network, visitors have a wide range of opportunities to receive a free education about ESN and how it may apply to their organization. Within ESN Connect, a variety of communities are available at the visitor’s disposal. Each community has a different subject for discussion, ranging from different use cases allowing prospects to observe how Clearvale and ESN can apply to different industries and the many different opportunities it can provide along with instructional communities with tutorials about how to successfully implement Clearvale into your business or organization. Within these communities and throughout ESN Connect, visitors are given the opportunity to create their own content and submit their opinions or questions for everyone within the network to observe and respond.

QuickSilver customers and BroadVision employees are provided the opportunity to collaborate and interact with one another for the further development and success of QuickSilver as well as create an environment of exceptional support in a business network suite known as The QuickSilver Connection. To assist our customers with any questions or concerns they may have in regards to BroadVision’s QuickSilver solution, The QuickSilver Connection network includes forums, blogs, polls, etc. for complete customer interaction and service.
