An Evening With Paul Greenberg – the video
During last week’s Enterprise 2.0 conference in Boston, I had the great privilege of hosting a conversation with Paul Greenberg, author of CRM at the Speed of Light, the definitive book on Social CRM.
We started by talking about why we were discussing Social CRM at an Enterprise 2.0, and the convergence of the two topics. We then went on to consider which comes first, internal-facing or customer-facing use of social networking. Watch the video to see Paul make the case for “both at the same time”.
